I deeply apologize for the inconvenience of the Zoom Live class on 1/6/2021.
The class was interrupted by an unwelcomed hacker, therefore, many students had a problem in entering our class or had a disturbance with unpleasure words, etc.

I'm so sorry I couldn't get rid of the hacker quickly. We tried to ban the hacker, however, he kept changing names. Later our staff was kicked out, so it took time to respond to the problem.

Thank you for your calm response. And it was a great comfort that you sent us the message of encouragement and support.
